Me yesterday on the last day of the year, always looking for one last deduction…I’ve bought most of my businesses largest expenses on New Year’s Eve over the last 10 years…call is superstitious but it’s my thing. 2025 is going to be a big year, I can feel it.
Have you ever heard of chocolate gravy? We adding having this on New Year’s Day for breakfast not that long ago as this was on reserved for Christmas morning for almost all my life. Fun fact I was always too excited on Christmas morning to eat this growing up, it took me until I was about 18 to really enjoy it. I remember standing in the kitchen with my Meme stirring the gravy as you have to continuously whisk it until it’s ready. It was also torture to have to wait 45 minutes for the gravy to be ready because we didn’t open presents at my grandparents house until after breakfast. #chocolategravy #biscuits #sausage #southernfood #southern
