Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, sort of…you should join my mailing list so you are in the know first! The plan is to be seasonal with my hand-painted collections such as spring for Easter Eggs, late summer for Fall Pumpkins and fall for my hand painted Ornaments.

Yes! Please email your project information and budget to hello@emily-plank.com to start a conversation about a possible collaboration.

I do offer personal commissions (wedding work, hand-painted items, portraiture) at this time, there are seasons in which I have to close down my commission list. Planning ahead for Christmas Gifts is something to consider as it can be a long wait period for a commission, up to 8 weeks or longer.  Please email me to start the process hello@emily-plank.com

Because we order all of our prints in bulk quantities from a small printing company, we are somewhat limited in the variety/sizes of prints that we are able to offer for sale. What we have in stock currently is limited to what you see listed in our online shop. We do add new print styles and sizes throughout the year, so there is always a chance that what you’re looking for will show up in the future! Sign up for our email list to be notified of new print releases.

Due to the current size of our company, we are only able to take on a limited number of wholesale partners at this time, but we would love to hear more about your store/wholesale needs. Please email your store name, address, and products(s) of interest to hello@emily-plank.com

Due to the time and labor it takes to hand-paint individual items (such as eggs, candles, ornaments, and other seasonal items), we are unable to provide a wholesale option for anything hand-painted.

Since most of our orders are filled by a third party, we are unable to change orders once they have been placed. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address for your order, please email us at hello@emily-plank.com and I will assist you. Please know I am a one man show as of right now.

Because a third party fills our orders, we are unable to include a gift message or gift wrapping.

I love it when a client lets me have free rein, I was so excited for this citrus commission! It was so fun to blend all the elements of past paintings that the client loved about my citrus series into one painting! This painting now lives in Tennessee as a reminder of Florida! Can’t wait to see it hung up!

My mom got me my first one for my birthday last year and I love it so much I got another one on the way because it’s on sale for prime day!!

Don’t waste your time or money on any of the knock off because this tote looks the same as the day I got it they are built to last!!

Comment TOTE and I will send you the link!
I always love when I get to share about design work once a wedding has happened! This was so special to design this floral crest for a sorority sister of mine (I was in Chi Omega at UF!) - it was an honor when she told me she had to have my artwork as apart of her big day! We even made a floral pattern out the the elements of her crest!

I am working on a crest order form/system for my website because there are so many ways to make a crest for your wedding (or even for your personal use) and a ton of customization options! I can't wait to share some sample crests with you to give an idea of what can be done!
Comment light if you want to know which one I was…

I was today years old when I found out you could buy a rechargeable lighter….I was constantly looking for a normal lighter that still had lighter fluid in it around my house and somehow they were always empty. So when I found this lighter that you can charge with the same charger that chargers my iPhone I was sold!
Throwback to one month ago when I had the honor of presenting a special project to two incredible parents, Pete and Lydia Fairbanks. They lost their daughter Ellis to Turner Syndrome and founded Strikeouts for Ellis and Rays Up for Turner Syndrome in her memory.

Lydia reached out to have me add a meaningful touch to their game day shoes, hand-painted butterflies on Pete’s cleats and her sneakers. Butterflies are not only the symbol for TS, but also incredibly personal, as Ellis is the name of a butterfly species.

The designs were a surprise for both of them, and it was such a joy to reveal them at Steinbrenner Field before a game and finally meet in person. A moment I won’t forget especially since my dad was with me and we got to catch the game together!

Their fundraiser is on going as money will be donated every time Pete throws a strikeout this season! Check out more information by visiting turnersyndromefoundation.org
Happy Independence Day!!! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
Really enjoying making these twill scarfs by hand (with the help of my momma) now instead of sourcing these from overseas, so I can officially say that everything is made in the USA that is in my shop! I can't wait to start working on my next designs - the themes are tennis, Disney and the SEC! (sorry FSU fans...for now) 😉
It's almost Fall Y'all - I am taking pre-orders for my painted pumpkins this year!

Follow the details in this post to order and I will confirm with each of you whether that is through DM or email!

I will paint through out the month of July for delivery in August! (think by the time school starts - depending on how many orders I get)

I will be capping the orders after I sell out of the supply that I currently have. Last year I had to hunt these things down!
Instagram verses Realty….my studio is me on my couch in my living room while I binge watch my shows.
Some of my most recent paintings just hit my website! :-) the first one is already spoken for but also one of my favorites!

I love it when clients send me wedding photos! I'm obsessed with how these boots turned out and how they match with the vibe of the wedding! I only have the mood board of the bride to go off of, she sent me the inspiration for her flowers and then photos of the grooms suit and bridesmaids dresses.
Comment PEN to know which ones I’m using!

Seriously never going back to pencils, I would have to spend hours photoshopping all the lines!! Now I just hit it with my hair dryer and in 5 seconds or less all the lines evidence of pre-drawing is gone! Even if it’s under layers of paint!

I’m also now seriously obsessed with how they write and use them for my everyday writing utensils! Bonus that they are erasable!

Comment BUG if you wanna know where I got it…

If you watched my stories a couple months ago, you will know that I was having a huge blind mosquito problem at my apartment complex. I’ve had a small issue this past week, especially with all the rain, but I am happy to say I am so happy with this bug catcher it works amazing!!

This is one month of bugs, I place it on by my front door which is where I’m having the issue even though I’ve complained to my complex multiple times. Since using this I haven’t noticed flying bugs anywhere else in my apartment!
Painting a brides bouquet as a present commissioned by her husband for Valentines Day! He heard her say that she wanted a painting by me of her bouquet pretty soon after their wedding and he remembered! How sweet is that?

It was an incredible honor to hand-paint these cleats for @pete_af for yesterday’s Rays Up for Turner Syndrome Foundation game. 🦋

Whenever I paint, whether it’s a dress or a pair of shoes, butterflies often find their way into the design to remember a loved one. The butterfly is the symbol for Turner Syndrome, and it holds even deeper meaning here: Pete and Lydia’s daughter, Ellis, whom they lost to TS, shares her name with a type of butterfly.

When Lydia (@lyd_mf29) reached out and asked me to add a special touch to Pete’s cleats, I was truly honored.

The Turner Syndrome Foundation works to advance research and education to improve awareness and care for those affected by TS. Pete and Lydia are raising funds for @turnersyndromefoundation through a live auction from now until June 21st and you can visits raysbaseball.com/auction to see the list of items available.
Who else has a problem with letting a good box go?

I have loved seeing people’s lists I had to add mine…most are cheeky but let me know if you want me to explain my stance on any of these!

Did I almost call my mom crying? Yes.

But I got it done and now I’ve ordered even more fabric to work with! I really need to take some sewing lessons so if you all have any recommendations let me know!
